- Dr. Shivprakash Rathnam, CEO


 M.Pharm from Govt. College of Pharmacy, Bangalore and Ph.D. from L.M. College of Pharmacy, Ahmedabad.

He has served R&D centres of major pharmaceutical industries and has an experience in the field of pharmaceutical research for over 10 years with more than 50 research papers to his credit, published in national and international journals.

He has conceptualized the idea of setting up Synchron Research.

She is with Synchron since 26 May 1998
  M.Pharm from Govt. College of Pharmacy,Bangalore.

Worked as a scientist in a reputed Pharmaceutical company for 5 years.

Presented a Paper on the “Studies of aqueous extract of fruits of Monordica Charantia Juice” in the National Seminar on “Trends in the Formulation and Commerce of Herbal Products held at M.S. University Baroda on 29-30 Sept’1992.
Life member of the Indian Society of Pharmacognosy.

He has worked as a Q.C. Chemist in Biochem Pharmaceutical Industry for 3 years.

He is working with Synchron since 10 years and is author of several publications in national as well as international journals.

Experience in the areas of BA/BE studies, Pharmacokinetic Studies and Clinical Research for 15 years.

More than 60 research papers and abstracts to her credit.

M.Sc. Applied Biochemistry with specialization in Clinical Biochemistry from University Of Madras.

He has been affiliated with medical and regulated industry for more than sixteen years in the areas of Clinical Chemistry & Laboratory Medicine, Clinical Biochemistry, Biotech pharmaceuticals research and development, clinical Trials including BA/BE (Phase I-III) and Clinical Data Management.

He had implemented and managed quality assurance and management systems for Research Regulatory compliance in all the above mentioned areas and had been a team player and team leader by contributing to milestone achievements of the organizations during his progressive experience and was associated with well known recognized Medical Research Institutions, Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies and Contract Research Service providers.
